Self catering family holiday apartment
This self catering Almeria apartment is equipped with all the things you need (apart from golf clubs!) to enjoy a fabulous holiday.
The apartment has traditional Spanish tile floors, and with beautiful solid wooden internal doors. It feels airy and spacious and has one double bedroom, and is equipped with fans in the lounge and bedroom. If you have them on the lowest setting all night they keep you cool. The bathroom is tastefully tiled, floor to ceiling, with large basin, bidet, and bath with powerful shower.
There are two double duvets with 4 full English style pillows, for the double bed and the double sofa bed in the lounge. Linen is provided as well as towels in abundance. There are beach towels as well as air beds to use on the beach.
The sofa in the lounge turns into a double bed, double duvet and pillows supplied. It is very comfortable or so we are reliably informed.
Kitchen
The kitchen is brand new shiny and gorgeous! Equipped with kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, microwave and all the crockery, glasses, cutlery and utensils needed for your stay. Outside the kitchen is a small utility area with sink, and boiler, and the brand new washing machine.
Lounge/Dining area
In the lounge area there is a dining table to seat four. The lounge has a low coffee table and new flat screen TV/ DVD/CD player so bring all your favourites to play! All instructions for the electrical goods are in a folder in the drawers of the TV table. There is a small selection of DVD’s and CD’s (no laughing) which will hopefully keep you amused in the evenings, solitaire, cards and a couple of other games are also there for your use.
The Patio
One of the most important features of the apartment is the mosquito nets installed in the patio doors and windows. We do not want anyone getting bitten! The patio is spacious measuring 22 ‘ x 18′ and is an excellent outside space. We usually put the table out there to eat our meals. The patio overlooks the nature reserve, so as you eat or just chill out you may be able to see flamingos, parrots and there are a couple of horses from the nearby stables. You can also look out over the sea and to the right you will see the road which leads you to a beautiful beach.
